Cancellation policy
For any cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied:
-
- More than 60 days before the first day of the congress: No cancellation fee / Complete reimbursement (not including the bank fees that you may had to pay).
- Between 30 and 59 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 50% / Reimbursement of 50% of your payment.
- Less than 30 days before the first day of the congress: Cancellation fee of 100% / No reimbursement.
